Abstract: In this course, the student will learn how to establish a collaborative working relationship with stakeholders in a learning project. Through effective communication with different stakeholders, students will be able to address business needs and goals, develop, manage and implement an effective project plan. By engaging in a variety of practice activities and scenarios, students will learn to identify typical stakeholders, build and implement a RACI chart and other tools to guide roles, responsibilities and plan needed actions throughout project steps and milestones, identify and handle changes to project scope and conflicting business priorities.
