Abstract: This Safety, Labour & Licensing Regulatory Requirements micro-credential program examines building construction business operations as required by the Ontario Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) and Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Students identify the stages for planning for permits and inspections and keeping records in compliance with government regulations. Emphasis is on health and safety regulations, and maintenance of employment records to comply with CRA requirements for employment reporting periods.
