Abstract: Asynchronous course developed for 1st and 2nd year students to guide them through a process of navigating their career. This course is developed in three parts; 1) Understanding influences on careers and building self-awareness 2) exploring careers through effective career research approaches, and 3) developing the job search skill to effectively navigate. This is an professional development focused course that guides students through activities, discussions and assignments that help them build the self-confidence and skills to direct their career decision-making.
