This set of OERs offers a variety of community mobilization learning tools that can be used by anyone to learn about community mobilization and reflect on their own work. They include video interviews with community mobilizers and activists from around the world, as well as references and links to theoretical frameworks related to community action. Some of the topics in these materials are non-hierarchical approaches to knowledge, understanding what community is, varieties of community mobilization, understanding group process, asset-based community development, project management, and more. Each set of materials includes a set of e-portfolio questions focused on reflection and applying what you've learned to your own mobilizations. They can be used for self-study, as homework or an asynchronous learning activity, or in the (virtual or face-to-face) classroom as a synchronous learning material. The materials are available in English and French, and many materials are also available in Portuguese and Arabic.en_US
