Abstract: This is the final course in the Entrepreneurship for Creatives Microcredential Series. In this fifth course - Management, Operations and Continuous Quality Improvement - leaners will be introduced to management and operational strategies to ensure the enterprise remains sustainable and can grow with the entrepreneur. You will learn how to continuously improve your business by establishing lean operations and incorporating lessons learned. Topics include how to reduce risk, best practices for leading teams, planning for privacy and data security, developing schedules and budgets, planning for projects, and working effectively within and across the organization. The following lectures are included in this course: 1. Introduction to Operations and Continuous Quality Improvement 2. Organizational Structures and Teams 3. Knowledge Management 4. Book Keeping and Financial Management / Budgeting 5. Risk Management 6. Project Management About The Program: The Entrepreneurship for Creatives microcredential series is a digital program that offers creatives the competencies and capabilities they need to bring their products, designs, and services to market. The program is suitable for those starting their entrepreneurship journey and wanting foundational tools to help build or grow their business. At the end of the program, learners will be equipped with the knowledge, skills, experiences and confidence to achieve the following learning outcomes: 1. Build a sustainable business through product pricing, sales and profits 2. Learn business basics including bookkeeping, inventory and operations 3. Understand growth hacking and marketing for creatives 4. Learn the principles and practices of community building to grow a sales pipeline 5. Develop and deploy content strategy to support sales
