dc.description.abstractPractical Business Communication for Knowledge Workers: From Job Application to Promotion will focus on the multicultural and diverse twenty-first century workplace. This Pressbook will equip learners with strategies and techniques to navigate the growing complexity of the Canadian workplace and build learners’ core competencies.
