This course focuses on the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework that was originally developed by CAST. This framework emphasizes flexibility in how students are engaged in their learning, how instructional materials are presented as well as how students demonstrate their knowledge and skills. These three principles of UDL also known as Multiple Means of Engagement, Multiple Means of Representation, and Multiple Means of Action and Expression are the foundation for this course.en_US
