Fanshawe College Military Connected Knowledge Mobilization

Abstract

In September 2020, Fanshawe College implemented the first holistic support system for Military-Connected students. These supports have continued to be developed for the past six years and continue to be utilized by students. Fanshawe College has developed a strategy to ensure Military-Connected students are supported with social and academic support. The content provided in the modules is both for students to better understand what they are entitled to while at Fanshawe College and for other post-secondary institutions to better understand the implementation process of these military-connected supports.
