Abstract: This module will provide learners with the opportunity to support Mr. Santos who lives with dementia and vision and hearing changes. Learners will support Mr. Santos with a safe transfer from his bed to his wheelchair and from his bed to a stretcher using cueing. Learners will review strategies to support a holistic, person-centred approach for people living with dementia through interprofessional collaboration. Target Audience: Personal Support Workers, Practical Nursing and Paramedics
