Abstract

Module 3 is a self-directed interprofessional learning module on Handover of Care, where learners will: 1. Understand the principles and importance of safe and effective interprofessional handover--2. Integrate structured communication tools into patient handover in their own practice setting--3. Identify strategies to communicate urgency and raise concerns in the interprofessional clinical setting.
