Abstract: This OER serves as a tool for educators to enable them to be agile in entering the experiential learning space. It will first provide context on the Consortium de l’apprentissage expérientiel francophone de l’Ontario (CAPFO); secondly, a distinction between experiential learning and work-integrated learning will be provided, and finally, the employability skills chart specified by the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) will be included to provide a lens through which educators may systemize WIL experiences. Readers will also discover the micro-credential principles and framework at the end of this OER.
