This resource endeavours to broadly present the biochemistry of cellular signalling pathways. The series begins by guiding the learners through principles of phosphorylation. The modules are further stratified into themes discussing i) the structural and functional facets of ligands, ii) corresponding receptors (focusing on enzyme-coupled receptors, G protein-coupled receptors, and nuclear receptors) and iii) archetypal pathways. These elements can be used to interpret general signalling pathways.en_US
