Abstract: | The suite of Interpersonal Expectations and Competencies modules introduces learners to concepts and approaches that will enable them to work effectively with others in their work integrated learning (WIL) experiences. Module content and activities focus on teamwork, interpersonal communication, intercultural communication, conflict resolution, and project management. Modules include: Module 5.1 - Interpersonal Communication: This module includes content and activities that will support participants in communicating effectively with their colleagues and clients face-to-face in WIL experiences. -- Module 5.2 – Intercultural Communication: This module includes content and activities that will support participants in communicating respectfully and productively across cultures in the workplace. -- Module 5.3 – Project Management: This module includes content and activities that will support participants in managing projects associated with their WIL experiences. -- Module 5.4 – Teamwork: This module includes content and activities that will support participants in communicating respectfully and working productively in teams in the workplace. -- Module 5.5 – Navigating Conflict in the Workplace: This module includes content and activities that will support participants managing and resolving conflicts effectively during their WIL experiences. |
