dc.description.abstract Virtual Reality is an emerging field with diverse employment opportunities ranging from programming, engineering, design, and media development. Students will be able to fast-track their understanding of creating graphics in the game engine Unity. In this course, learners will start by setting up a Unity environment and exploring the Unity Editor. Students will gain hands-on experience with a variety of graphics features, learning about technical specifications, implementation as well as performance measurement and optimization. Students will use these skills in their culminating project to design and build an executable application on the VR platform. en_US
dc.description.abstract The learning outcomes are 1. Install and set up Unity Environment and the Unity Editor--2. Demonstrate how to use Unity supported graphical features--3. Explore how to measure and optimize the performance of the application--4. Design and build a final application in Unity. en_US
