This book includes two learning modules focusing on job crafting and innovation adaptation that aims to develop learner's capability to engage with employee-led innovation in the workplace.
The learning outcomes include Innovation Skills, Knowledge, Experiences and Mindsets. Each topic area includes workplace Cases to illustrate the principles and practical exercises to test student capability.
