dc.description.abstract Effective occupational therapist (OT) and OT-assistant (OTA) collaboration improves client, occupational therapy and system outcomes. OT-OTA collaboration barriers exist in the Canadian context, influencing occupational therapy outcomes (Avvampato et al., 2022). OTs and OTAs have an opportunity to enhance OT-OTA collaboration and, in turn, impact occupational therapy outcomes. en_US
