Abstract: The Encouraging Faculty Development Through Micro-Credentialing project, that this open text shares findings from, proposes to positively impact the support provided to university faculty, through a reward and recognition process that issues micro-credentials. This summary report of findings, and implementation guide can be freely retained and reused by other institutions to build systems of faculty development reward and recognition.
