dc.description.abstract This module will provide learners with the opportunity to support Mr. and Mrs. Blejnar using a palliative approach according to their wishes, values and goals. Mr. Blejnar lives with advanced chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and dementia in his family home with his wife. Learners will also review strategies to support a holistic, person-centred approach for people living with dementia through interprofessional collaboration.
