In this video, Ontario educator Lisa Malcolm explains the role and purpose of Christian meditation in Ontario catholic schools. She defines what meditation involves while outlining several benefits including a deepening of one’s faith, relaxation and stress management. Lisa also explores how concentration, commitment and regular practice of meditation are required in order to achieve a stronger relationship with God.
