dc.description.abstract Simulation-based education (SBE) is a cornerstone of health education. From the simplistic to complex, simulation has enabled health students and professionals to promote safety while developing competence and confidence to practice independently and inter-professionally. A key component of SBE is also the debriefing of the simulation scenario. This project developed two virtual nursing-related simulation scenarios as well as debriefing questions customized for baccalaureate and diploma nursing students, as well as PSW students. The debriefing incorporates the Learning from Success (LFS) model that focuses on what could be improved or avoided, as well as how participants adapt, and recover the process through delegation which Diekmann et al (2017) refer to as “good performance”. en_US
