Inclusive Science 4 All is a toolkit that provides a historical and social understanding of structures of oppression, marginalization, and underrepresentation across six suits in the biomedical sciences. Currently, curriculum and training in the biomedical sciences lack foundational education in equity, diversity, inclusion, and decolonization, which significantly contributes to creating more inclusive research, clinical, and teaching environments. This impacts the quality of care and quality of research outputs for a diverse and global world.
The Inclusive Science 4 All toolkit will support the implementation of EDI-D frameworks and approaches that are culturally sensitive, inclusive, and sustainable. This toolkit offers modules and resources targeted for educators, learners, and staff in various clinical, academic, and community settings.
